Owns the technical implementation of Zolt Agency's AI agents: designs conversations, connects messengers, websites, CRM, and external APIs, and configures tools and controlled action logic.

Builds RAG pipelines and knowledge bases as agent context, then adds memory, validation, and rules for handing complex requests to employees.

After launch, monitors stability, reviews real conversations, refines scenarios, and updates the knowledge base so the agent maintains quality in the live workflow.
